Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for our products. If you wish to return an item, you may request a refund as per our refund process stated below. Make sure you initiate return within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
However it is suggested that before placing the order, kindly assure you have checked size and other description points.
Disclaimer: Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
2. Refunds
- No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
- No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping & contact details.
- No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- In the event of a refund, a processing fee of 4% of the original purchase amount will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers administrative and payment processing costs associated with issuing refunds.
- Please note you would have to borne the cost of shipping back the product to India.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. And initiate the refund. .
3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products under promotions/sale/discounts, gift card purchases, custom made quilts and digital products are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Ideally with in 6 hours. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. Will deduct 3.5% transaction fees. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
Refund if applicable will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
International refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
If the order has already been shipped or processed you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
6. Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@quiltsandbeyond.com to report the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
